I participate with a few different groups. The number one group is my family. I am a daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, niece. I am no longer a granddaughter or a wife because all my grandparents and husband have passed on. We all work hard, play hard and work to teacher the children good morals. The second most important group is my work. I work in a company where all work together as a team. We work towards sustaining our vision and our goals. Integrity is one thing that we all maintain and communication is always open from the top to the bottom. The third group that I belong to that is very important to me is my classes at Ashford. We all try to create a form of communication that is respectful of each other even though our opinions my differ. The fourth group that I belong to is my friends. I have known most of them all my life and because of Facebook I have been able to reconnect with main of them that I thought I would never see again. My closest friends I spend a few weekends a months with and we go camping, boating, disc golfing, hiking and just enjoying all that the great state of Oregon has to offer. These are all my norms that I follow consistently.
