the Porsche case provided in the course materials section and describe the
company’s history, products, and major competitors in a paragraph or two.
Assess the financial performance and condition of the organization. Then,
conduct a SWOT analysis detailing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and
threats that may affect the organization. Finally, assess the quality of the
decisions made by the company and provide recommendations for improvement.

Your paper must be five to six pages in length (excluding the title and
reference pages), incorporate at least two scholarly sources from the Ashford
University Library (other than the case and textbook), and be formatted
