This week’s topic focuses on the impact of decision support systems and personal characteristics of the decision-making process. In your opinion, which part—the good design of a decision support system or the person’s individual characteristics—is more important in the decision-making process? There are five steps for making decisions:
Step 1 Identifying/clarifying the decision to be made.
Step 2 Identifying possible decision options
Step 3 Gathering/processing information.
Step 4 Making/implementing the decision.
Step 5 Evaluating the decision.
