Select an organization that is successfully pursuing strategies that include aspects of diversity. Ex. Bureaucratic organizations. Write a two-page memo describing the company’s diversity practices and policies. Also, discuss how the diversity-related issues are being addressed and how these tactics are contributing to organizational success. Note: Don’t confuse diversity with “diversification”.
