The Final Project Paper will evaluate the following statement:
“Supervision requires the active communication of leadership skills that results in a climate where self-motivation takes place.”
The paper will consist of a title page, a half-page executive summary, 4-5 pages of text using Times New Roman 12 point font, and a reference page. The paper will be double spaced, with 1.25 inch margins, left and right, and 1 inch margins, top and bottom. You must use in-text citations to show the sources of the material that you use in the body of the paper. Be sure to document the material that you use from them in the text (with end notes) of your paper as well as in the Resource Page.
