Objective
The purpose of this project is to use TOC to analyze a process and make recommendations for improvements. The process must be repetitive and have an internal constraint.
Outline of your paper
1) A detailed description of the current process.
2) A flowchart (diagram) showing the different steps
3) A detailed explanation of the application of the first three steps
a. Identify b. Exploit c. Subordinate
4) A comparison of the situation before and after.
At least 6 double-spaced pages
