These “best practices” should not be adopted by an organization, without careful evaluation. This may include a review of other articles published on the practice, various scholars’ viewpoints, and other research/case studies on the practice that have demonstrated success in organizations. You should also consider whether this practice encourages knowledge sharing, learning, and/or innovation throughout the organization

- Evaluate a contemporary HRM practice with which you are unfamiliar and have not yet examined in this course. Reflect on whether it encourages knowledge sharing, learning, and/or innovation throughout the organization and why? Should today’s HR professionals consider the HRM practice you identified for their organization? Why or why not?
