As you have read, there are several different specially courts. Some examples include DUI Court, Drug Court, Veterans Court, and Mental Health Court. Often, if individuals complete terms of a specially court they are often permitted to withdraw their guilty plea and the charge dismissed, or allowed to plead to a lesser offense then the original charge.
