In a number of your classes, you learned about criminal law and police procedural laws. Police procedural laws dictate the behavior of police to ensure that they do not violate citizens’ constitutional rights.
- Of all of the constitutional rights afforded to members of our society, which one do you feel is the most applicable to police procedures? For example, do you think the 4th Amendment rights are more important than 5th Amendment rights? Consider other constitutional rights as well.
