- Research current “best practices” in CSR for your company
- Plan specific CSR actions – one to address profits, one to address people, and one to address planet
- Develop the business case and social case for your specific CSR actions for your assigned company
- Project the impact on financial statements, ratios, WACC, and other key statistics – currently and in the next 5 year when your plans are implemented
