Right now it is geared more toward a Doctor of Business Administration but it need to be geared toward Doctor of Management- Organizational Development and Change Concentration. I am going to attached the document that need to be revised along with the guidelines that need to be followed. You can use the same format that I used but gear it toward the new degree.
