San Francisco, CA: Jossey for the leader five practices of exemplary leadership.Paper should be 4–7 pages in length and include a minimum of two sources other than your textbook.Please DO NOT do a HISTORY REPORT.NOT what the assignment call for. You have to conduct research to determine how Ervin “Magic” Johnson would have answered the questions listed in the directions. Paper should include the following:
- Explain why you chose your selected leader.
- Compare the characteristics of a specific leader to Kouzes and Posner’s five practices of effective leadership. (Modeling the way, inspiring a shared vision, Challenging the process, Enabling others to act)
- Provide a background, including the context of the leader’s environment and the culture of the organization and society.
