For this discussion question, pretend that you are investigating a murder for hire plot. The murder has not occurred, but you have information that two suspects have entered into an agreement with another suspect to kill a fourth party. The person initiating the killing plot stands to gain a large sum of insurance money if the intended victim is killed. The three suspects live in different parts of the United States.
