RESPOND TO FOLLOWING STATEMENT:

The key characteristics of Social Law that would contribute to a nation implementing laws is their wants to protect society and its countries reputation. The “rumor mongers” can start many stories that are not true. Many countries do not want their reputation ruined by people who do not tell the truth. In the U.S. we have the right to free speech as long as it is true and just, and that we do not harm someone. In this case something was posted over 500 times that the country thought was to be defamatory content. The opinion of the people was that they were expressing their opinion. China law under Social Law wants to control their country and the people who live in it. Social media such as Facebook is blocked in China for many reasons, and power over the people is one of them. The U.S. has anti-bullying laws and does not like people to hurt others. It would be hard for them to completely control all of the people and their opinions due to the rights found in the Constitution. Countries such as China have different ways of running their people.
