Reflection should be 1.5 to 2 pages.

chose the reading (over others available to you) and predict what
you will learn in the reading. And I will also need the properly cited source that references the pages you read

In the next part of the reflection you should summarize the basic
topics discussed and paraphrase the reading with enough detail to
show me you understand the content.

In the final section of your reflection you should apply the content
to your own experience(s) by diagnosing a real situation you have
observed, diagnosing an issue that is rooted in family business
dynamics, or predicting how you might use the content in the
future
