Is it a best way to have a quota system for a performance appraisal according to the business view not the financial side. I think there should be science behind this, according to me it is not correct to have aquota for the no.of people for the appraisals. Need help, if we can give more articles on this to justify if or not. Just the links or PDFS on this research is needed.
