I need help making a one page contract where landlord (A) will be renting out the property to tenant (B ONLY). While tenant B will only be occupying the property until Landlord A -finds a potential buyer for the property or when the landlord decides to move back. If and when the two previously mentioned are t0 occur the tenants will have 30 days days to leave the property. While the tenants are occupying the property the financial responsibility (rental fee, utilities, general home bills) will now be the tenants responsibility and will pay the bills on time. *Failure to pay them on time may result in eviction. *Also responsible for maintaining the property in a good state and will have to avoid creating damage to the property. *Ocassional supervisional home visits will take place from landlord. *Changes done to the property by tenant must first be approvedby land lord and no financial responsibility may fall upon the land lord.
