Managing Human Resources, Ch. 1Chapter 1 DiscussionYou mentioned that “companies want to hire the best people for job, no matter how much they have to pay them.” I tend to disagree — all companies have budgets to which they must adhere. They can’t always afford to exceed these budgets. Additionally, larger companies have salary ranges or bands that must be accommodated. What do the rest of you think?
