HRM599 SESSION LONG PROJECT 2

USE VOLVO AS THE COMPANY TO RESEARCH

Discuss what your module readings and library research have taught you about risk management and what HRM’s role is in that process. Why is risk management important to an organization? Does it seem important to your SLP employer? Why or why not? What plan of action will you implement? Why?

How might you determine the return on investment (ROI) of a risk management program? Provide an example, inserting numbers (fictitious but realistic) to make your example meaningful.

Bring in at least 2 library sources to help strengthen your discussion.

Please upload your paper by the module due date. Paper length: 3-4 pages, not counting the cover and reference pages.
