2. I think that Analytics designer and interpreter and human capital curator competencies are what’s needed most at RFC. RFC have conducted surveys and exit surveys from prior and current members, they have the data they need to make decisions for the future. One weakness at RFC is customer service, and this is where the competency, human capital curator-able to manage the flow of talent by developing people and leaders, driving individual performance, and building technical talent (HRCS, Round 7, page 6).
