Mass Communication question-For Peace Sake

Read the attached article and provide your analysis of this book.  Dr. Fullerton and Professor Kendrick landed on the “DO NOT FLY” list and had their passports flagged after publishing their book which is critical of the US State Department decision to stop an ad campaign that was aimed at changing the view Middle East youth had of the US in the wake of the September 11 tragedy.  Was the original campaign advertising or propaganda?  Where do we draw the line?
