you need to do the following: take the MBTI personality test. Even if you had taken this in the past, I suggest you retake it now. Please go to www.humanmetrics.com (select the JUNG Typology Test). Each individual student will write a one page single-spaced summary of his/her MBTI type and (a) describe and analyze the results of the test (including the percentage for each letter) and (b) write-up a summary of how this test is used as a team-building tool.
