This is the pre-work for a simluation and is all about valuing the companies involved. I will be assigned a “Role” either 1, 2, or 3 and this is being assigned to one of the 3 companies involved. As of right now, i dont know what role i’ve been assigned, but will know by this evening and will post it. There are enough questions that this can be started until i get assigned the role. I’ve attached 3 documents: 1. Excel document used for valuing the companies titled: M&A_Valuation 2. PDF document with all information needed to answer questions titled: M&A Reading Info 3.
