Missing Data

You are a project supervisor for a marketing research firm, and you are supervising the data preparation for a survey. A total of 1947 questionnaires have been returned, and the graduate student who is cleaning up the data finds that 310 questionnaires have missing data. The graduate student does not know how to deal with these questionnaires, and comes to you for help. Prescribe what you would have the student do with the missing data. Support your claims with examples from required material(s) and/or other scholarly resources, and properly cite any references.
