Reflect on an organization in which you have been an employee. If you have no significant employment experience discuss the question from a hypothetical perspective, i.e., what do you imagine might be true? Critique the human resource management function in that organization as you experienced it. What were their strengths and weaknesses? What policies were useful & which seemed particularly dysfunctional? Use the information in Chapter 10 to strengthen your response. (Must be at least 250 words)
