Organizational SWOT

Complete a SWOT (preferably with others outside of class) related to your selected organization. Discussion is important if possible, so you can invite friends, neighbors, co-workers or others to join your SWOT group, OR you can set up a SWOT exercise as part of a work project (best option). Follow the directions and complete a group SWOT (Winchell, Chapter 1), and write a summary report that includes individual and group SWOT responses, identification of key SWOT components, and Strategies for each SWOT category based on the SWOT exercise. This should be a 3-7 page report, but most of the space will be listing SWOT responses.
