To hone your critical reviewing skills and assist you in the practice of thinking and writing as though you are a reviewer of your own work, you are asked to serve as an anonymous reviewer for one of your classmates. Support your work with APA style references.CriteriaAssume that you are the lead chairperson of a committee designed by the CEO to review talent and performance of organizational managers.
