I manage a grocery store produce team of ten employees. The grocery is going to merge the seven-member deli worker team with mine. I’d like to hold a team building retreat so the workers can get to know each other and we can work out any possible conflicts. I’m asking you for a proposal for the retreat. I’ve got between $5,000 and $10,000 to spend. I was thinking starting Friday night and going to Saturday at five, but I’ll take your recommendation if you don’t agree.
