Using what you have gained from the resources for this week, develop a presentation for your colleagues on reflection as a tool for developing one’s leadership style. Identify the various ways you reflect and the methods of reflection you have yet to try. Finally, discuss how reflection has improved your professional practice as a leader and the role self-reflection plays in becoming a more effective leader.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
