Project Management opportunities are all around us. The purpose of this assignment is to give you a chance to observe lessons learned by evaluating a movie. Written papers summarize the project and provide an individual observation of how well the project is progressing, is not progressing, and could be progressing. Identify what worked well, but more importantly, the improvement opportunities project management principles could bring.
Each paper submitted is expected to be approximately 6 pages in length with a discussion of proper application of project management principles. Papers should be prepared in 10-12 pt. font and double-spaced. A title page consisting of the project title, student name, date, and course is required for all assignments.

• Movie description and situation
• Identification of project management methodology needs
• Possible tools and techniques to remedy situation and evaluation of each
• Recommendation/Conclusion
