Based on the case assigned to you, walk through the PDCA cycle (Section IV of the final project). Post your draft to the discussion by Thursday to allow time for feedback to/from your peers. You will be graded on your participation in the workshop, not on your draft.
Review the PDCA cycles of two of your classmates and give feedback by Sunday night. Provide feedback on their associations of the actions in the case study to each of the pieces of the cycle (P, D, C and A).
