Recruiting, on-boarding and training
- Write a 8 – 9 page paper on the effectiveness of the recruitment and on-boarding activities of your organization or an organization you can study.
- How might these practices/systems at your organization be improved? Compare the approach taken by your company to those discussed in the text or other sources.
- Include a title page and references for any sources you cited in the paper. Title page and references are not part of the page requirement for the assignment.
Option: Present to the class Twenty minute presentation that includes visual aids and some interaction with the group. (I.e. questions, group exercise, etc.)
