A. Stakeholder Assignment: Indicate company.

  1. Identify the specific relevant stakeholders for the subject firm.
  2. For each stakeholder, identify the key satisfaction attributes for each stakeholder.
  3. Determine, to the extent possible based on the information provided in the case, how well the subject firm is meeting the key satisfaction attributes for each stakeholder.

B. Critical Thinking—Evaluation and Deduction—Assignment: Indicate industry.

  1. Conduct a Porter’s Five-Force analysis on the group project industry. (See paper.)
  2. Evaluate each of the five forces. Determine relevant aspects of each force in the particular industry, and summarize with your evaluation of the strength of each force. (See paper.)
  3. Based on this analysis, determine the recommendations you would make for: –a firm already in the particular industry
    –a firm considering entering the particular industry
