Klein and Maxson discuss how the current system of evaluating and addressing gangs has failed. In Chapter eight they make several recommendations as to how we can improve on addressing the gang problem. Choose one of the concepts expressed in this chapter and summarize how it could improve upon our ability to reduce street gangs in this country.
