I attached the team charter. I am doing this with my team. I need to write the goals of the team but using SMART goals. The acronym SMART has several slightly different variations, which can be used to provide a more comprehensive definition of goal setting:
- S – specific, significant, stretching.
- M – measurable, meaningful, motivational.
- A – agreed upon, attainable, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented. I just need that on my charter. Please only good work. Thanks
