Write a short essay (3-4 pages, not including cover sheet & reference page) that identifies the most critical issue facing management as we progress through the second decade of the 21st century? Why is this issue more critical than any other of the many issues facing management? Hint: This topic is discussed in the Daft text chapters attached. There is no “right” answer to this question, the most critical issue is for you to choose based on your readings.
A minimum of five quality references are expected in this assignment including your text. You should use sources from the virtual library databases. Two excellent sources of articles are ABI/Inform and Business Source Complete.
Do not use Wikipedia. Do not Google the topic–use the UMUC virtual library databases. You should have at least 5 references; 3 of the references should be academic journals.
