All of the impacted areas: Identification of the different type of materials, supplies, and equipment that would be needed in support of military operations. Identification of the factors of the characteristics that will necessitate distribution points Identification of the possible sources for additional support for movement to and over the mode network for each of the modes, and it should be organized by specific modes and the modal interfaces. Further, there needs to be identification of whether certain elements will impact buildup (surge) operations or the sustainability of operations. Identify how that information can best be obtained and the impacts and risks to operational success if it is not obtained. Determine the time frames that are necessary for obtaining that information.
