Think of a time when you had a successful negotiation. If you do not have experience negotiating in professional situations, you can draw on your experience negotiating with friends, family, and others. Using terminology and knowledge from this module and the assigned readings, discuss how you used two communication techniques to bring the negotiation to a successful close.
Your paper should be 2-3 pages in length and conform to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements. Include at least two scholarly references in addition to the course readings. The CSU-Global Library is a good place to find these resources.
