my classmate’s response

I actually think that depicting the gods only in human form was the most powerful use for the followers. In choosing to depict the gods as humans instead of the hybrid forms, those who believed in them likely felt more connected to the gods they worshiped. I think this method helped make Greek mythology more personable and relatable.
