    1. Three Fundamentals of Change. Black (2014) identifies three fundamentals of change: anticipatory, reactive, and crisis. Describe in detail the three fundamentals of change from your own change experience—personal or professional.
    2. Graphing the Fundamentals of Change. Graph the one, two, or three fundamentals of change using the Tiger Woods’s anticipatory change graph as an example (Figure 9.6), to reveal the effect of the fundamental(s) in a personal or professional change initiative with which you are familiar.
  2. Provide a detailed post that demonstrates clear, insightful critical thinking. Your initial posting should be 200-300 words long.
