A fundamental aspect for understanding a country’s level of development concerns the quality of its institutions (rule of law, property rights, government effectiveness, etc.). Institutions have been found to be a critical element in the economic performance of a country or a region.

Discuss the two that are more important for your business venture, and also create an aggregate one by averaging the six components into one (use the absolute scores not the relative ranking).
