As I mentioned previously, I discussed the topic of: Human Capital: Strategic Retention in Organizations. Here are the two questions this week to respond: (Remember paragraph must have 5 sentences at least)
1-Do managers in your organization see developing employees as a priority? How do they or should they?
2-Do you think your organization do enough to hold on to current employees as part of their retention strategy? How?

This course presented several aspects of talent management. We discussed employee appraisals, development plans, and performance improvement plans. We spent time examining the importance of aligning development goals with corporate initiatives.

- Reflect on the key topics discussed.
- Name 4-5 critical aspects of talent management that you consider the most important.
