Part 1 Assignment
Construct an Excel table with the following columns: Decision, Ethical Implications, Legal Implications, and Fairness Implications. Then, use the Internet or Library research to find three decisions made by three different corporate CEO’s within the last 5 years. At least one of the decisions must be international in nature. Summarize each decision in the first three rows of the first column. Next, assess the ethical, legal, and fairness dimensions of each decision as related to the health of the company and enter your analysis to the appropriate cells in the table.
The table should have a total of 12 populated cells. Each cell should contain a minimum of 75 words. Format the table so that all of the text in each cell is visible without the reader having to modify table formatting in any way.

Part 2 Assignment
With your analysis complete, prepare a brief summary in which you relate the components of ethics, legality, and fairness in decision making. How does effective organizational communication support ethical and legal decision making that one would also deem fair? Is it always possible to make a fair decision based on the necessary ethical and legal implications? Why or why not?
Support your paper with a minimum of two scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 2-3 pages, not including title and reference pages
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
