This will be two-part project. The first part is I need an Outline and later on will be a separate assignment for the final paper which will be a separate submission. The Topic is HER Interoperability. All original work. When you post the file do not change the name leave the file name as it is. Please make sure you follow the directions below. I will meet with my team on Wednesday and try to get more information for you what we are doing if anything different, send me as much as you have done around Wednesday so I have something to discuss with the team. I prefer the person who does the outline to do the final paper also at a later week.

* Try to mix up the variety of the current/documented cases in your literature review. For example, let’s say you’re discussing how the expansion of Medicaid has impacted patients. Some states have seen the program flourish, while others have…not so much. Both can be equally valid points of view. You should be able to find 4 – 5 documented cases as part of your literature review for each discussion topic, and the impacts to each of the 3 Ps should have at least 1 accompanying documented case. Your outline should at least, provide an intended list of readings or articles to be used to support your final paper or presentation.
It is expected that the papers will be supported with literature search and/or interviews with experts in the field. These must be appropriately referenced per APA style, including in-text citations.
