You have been hired as the General Manager of a 250-room hotel in a mid-size city that is a destination for many tourists. Tourists travel to this area primarily for the lakes, golfing, fishing, biking and hiking. Your first responsibility is to come up with a company mission statement and 5 core values. These items will be a key area when developing the overall company culture for employees to strive for. Once you have outlined the mission statement and 5 core values, discuss 3 ways you will communicate them in an effort to ensure all employees are actively practicing the mission and values of the company.
