Maintenance/support process for adopting technology solutions

1.1.Issue

Comics-N-Stuff is a small business that uses traditional methods of conducting business. The company uses of modern technology are limited. The business has nine locations throughout the San Diego area. Managing these nine stores with traditional pen and paper methods is becoming a challenge. Comic books and related collectibles are a nice market, and customer loyalty is essential to the business. The main goal of this project is to improve the efficiency of the business while being sensitive to cost. One of the secondary goals is to increase customer traffic to both the store locations and the online store.
