Research shows that the current health care workforce does not match the diversity of the nation (AAMC, 2015). As the population continues to become more diverse, health care executives will be responsible for the diversity of the workforce in health care organizations.For this Discussion, reflect on how health care executives might implement strategies to enhance workforce diversity in health care organizations.Post an explanation of how the workforce of the future in health care organizations should mirror the diversity of the national population.
